About me

My name is Lakeisha Valcin. I am an Interior design student at Savannah College of Arts and Design. My portfolio includes the work I have done so far at SCAD as a first-year student. A skill I have, and I think is very valuable, is that I am willing to learn and perfect my craft even when it’s not a familiar area of art and design or my level of expertise. As a result, I have strengthened my drawing abilities and design thinking. As an Interior designer, my goal is to curate aesthetically pleasing but functional living spaces for my future clients. In life outside of Interior design, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching movies and tv shows, and traveling.
